So based on the feedback, I would recommend that tis is a toy worth investigating. Not recommended for kids under 3 and it is also recommended that the balloons are to be kept away from kids under 8.

Some of the features listed are that it is an easy to-use music making system allowing your kids to create their own songs. They can also build from a  collection of tracks, and special effects from the huge online library. Sounds like a great fun toy with hours of fun to be had.
